Ackbar Abbas

Ackbar Abbas, 84, died on July 15, 2026. Ackbar Abbas was known publicly as a Hong Kong literary scholar. Previously he was chair of comparative literature at the University of Hong Kong and also co-director of the Centre for the Study of Globalization and Cultures.
