Adán Godoy

January 1, 1937 - April 7, 2026 (Age 89)

Adán Godoy was more than just a player—he was a heart full of passion and a soul that touched every person who crossed his path. I remember the days when he’d leap onto the field with confidence, eyes bright and spirit soaring, ready to protect the goal he loved protecting. His presence on the pitch was like a warm hug, always steady and always kind. Those moments with his family were the best, filled with laughter, love, and stories that would last a lifetime. Adán had a unique way of connecting with people. Whether he was sharing a meal with a neighbor or helping a friend in need, he showed how genuine and caring he was. He had a deep love for football, but it was his kindness and generosity that truly set him apart. His friends and teammates always said he brought joy to every situation, turning ordinary days into special memories. We lost a true friend, a generous man with a heart as big as his spirit. His legacy lives on in the smiles he inspired and the lives he changed. We will always cherish the time we had with Adán, and we’re so grateful for every moment he shared. Rest in peace, beloved Adán—your heart will always be with us.
