He loved a good crossword puzzle, classical music (especially Mozart), and a lively debate – though he always maintained a remarkable sense of humor, even when passionately defending his views. He was a generous soul, always willing to lend a hand or offer advice, and he mentored countless students throughout his career, inspiring them to pursue their own intellectual passions. His impact on the world of physics is undeniable, but his impact on the lives of those who knew him personally was even greater. We will miss his laughter, his wisdom, and his unwavering optimism. Tony leaves behind a legacy of brilliance, kindness, and love that will continue to inspire us all.
