Carter Allen Veitenheimer

Carter Allen Veitenheimer, 17, of Wichita Falls, Texas, died on August 30, 2026. He was born on August 27, 2009. Carter was a young man with a gift for making people feel welcome. Those who knew him—and there were many—spoke of his big heart and genuine kindness. He was adventurous and happy, the kind of person who lit up a room with his friendliness. He had a talent for listening and caring deeply about the people around him. He worked at Dollar General starting at fifteen, bringing the same warmth to his job that he brought to everything else. Carter loved music and playing guitar, spending time editing, and gaming with friends. He was close to his wife, Caidence Molina, and had a special bond with her brother, Jamilo. His siblings, Cohen and Kyleigh, and his parents, Caris and Blake Veitenheimer, knew him as someone genuinely good—sensitive, caring, and endlessly generous with his time and attention. Carter is survived by his wife, Caidence Molina; his parents, Caris and Blake Veitenheimer; his siblings, Cohen and Kyleigh; and the many friends whose lives he touched.
