Elaine M. Sorensen

Elaine M. Sorensen, 73, of Provo, Utah, passed away on February 8, 2026. Elaine was a devoted educator in the Alpine School District and a gentle mentor to countless students and young teachers. She loved hikes in Provo Canyon, family reunions at Utah Lake, and the quiet beauty of quilting in the evenings. Elaine is survived by her husband, Russell; daughters Heather and Julie; and six grandchildren who cherished her steady grace.
