Kara Lynn Porter, 44, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on February 3, 2026. Kara served as an EMT and was a steady, compassionate presence for families during some of their hardest moments.
She loved rodeo season, hiking at Casper Mountain, and volunteering at school events for her nieces and nephews. Kara is survived by her parents, Lynn and Paul Porter; brother Matt; and a community that will miss her big-hearted service.
