Linda Carol Whitaker

Linda Carol Whitaker, 77, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on February 7, 2026. A compassionate nurse and devoted mother, Linda spent her career caring for patients at UPMC Harrisburg and later mentoring new nurses across the region. She found joy in walking the Susquehanna Riverfront, tending her garden in Midtown, and hosting family dinners that stretched late into the evening. Linda is survived by her husband, Ray Whitaker; daughters Emily and Kara; five grandchildren; and her beloved golden retriever, Milo.
