His impact was written not just in the seminal texts he authored, but in the thousands of lives he touched. Generations of students, from the hallowed halls of Delhi University to the vibrant corridors of Jindal Global, carry his voice within them. He had a rare gift for making the most complex doctrines of administrative law feel like a shared journey of discovery. Colleagues sought his counsel not merely for his formidable intellect, but for his profound wisdom and unwavering fairness.
