I will always remember his infectious laugh and the twinkle in his eye when he was discussing history, politics, or simply sharing a good story. He had a remarkable ability to make you feel seen and heard, and he listened with genuine interest, offering thoughtful perspectives without judgment. He possessed a quiet strength, a steadfastness that inspired confidence, and a deep well of empathy for those around him. Moulana’s dedication to his beliefs was unwavering. His commitment to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, his tireless work with the Democratic Freedom Party and the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, spoke volumes about his passion for justice and self-determination.
