Stan Berry
January 1, 1955 - March 25, 2026 (Age 71)
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Stan Berry, born January 1, 1955, and peacefully departed this life on March 25, 2026. Stan was a man who lived life with a quiet strength and a warm smile, a true testament to a life well-lived. He wasnāt one for grand displays, but his kindness shone through in everything he did. Iāll always remember his infectious laugh, especially when we were trying to figure out how to fix the stubbornly broken lawnmower ā heād just grin and say, āWell, thatās a challenge!ā He had a way of making everyone feel seen and appreciated, a quality that made him a beloved figure in our community.
Stan dedicated many years to serving our state as a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 44th district. His commitment to public service wasnāt about politics; it was about serving people. He approached every challenge with thoughtful consideration and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Beyond his political career, Stan was a devoted family man. He cherished his wife, [Wifeās Name], and their children, [Childrenās Names], and their families. He was the kind of husband and father who always had time for a listening ear, a helping hand, or just a quiet moment of connection. He took immense pride in his family and their successes, and he instilled in them a strong work ethic and a deep sense of community.
Outside of his family and political life, Stan found joy in the simple things. He was an avid gardener, his yard always bursting with color and fragrance, a testament to his green thumb. He loved fishing, spending peaceful afternoons by the river, and he possessed a remarkable ability to tell a good story ā often embellished, but always entertaining! He wasn't one for fancy things, but he appreciated a good cup of coffee, a comfortable chair, and the company of good friends. He had a truly remarkable ability to make people feel comfortable and welcome, and he built a network of friends and acquaintances who will deeply miss him.
Stanās legacy extends far beyond his political career and personal relationships. He touched the lives of so many with his generosity, his integrity, and his unwavering spirit. He taught us the importance of hard work, kindness, and community. He will be remembered not for what he achieved, but for the way he lived ā with grace, humility, and a genuine concern for others. He is survived by his loving wife, [Wifeās Name], his children, [Childrenās Names], and his grandchildren, [Grandchildrenās Names]. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to inspire us all. A celebration of Stanās life will be held on [Date] at [Location]. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to [Charity].
