Many knew him for his impressive career as a forward and winger, playing for PAOK FC and representing the Greece national team – but those of us who knew him best knew that his true brilliance lay in his warmth and unwavering spirit. Growing up, Stefanos and his brother Vasilios were inseparable. Their shared love for football was a constant thread in their lives, a bond that extended far beyond the pitch. I remember countless hours spent watching them play, their spirited competition always tempered with affection and respect.
