Born and raised in Michigan, Stephen spent his formative years in the Upper Peninsula, a place that would later become his home and the backdrop for his impactful career and life. As an attorney, Stephen was a pillar of the law firm Kendricks, Bordeau, Adamini, Chilman & Greenlee, P.C. in Marquette, where he applied his intellect and passion to serve his clients with unwavering dedication. His tenure in the Michigan House of Representatives from 2001 to 2006 was marked by his commitment to public service and his deep connection to the Upper Peninsula. Appointed to the Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees in 2007, Stephen continued to give back to his community, always eager to contribute to the well-being of the people around him. Off the clock, Stephen was known for his love of the great outdoors, particularly fishing and hiking.
