He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, cherishing every moment spent with his loved ones. His family was his bedrock, and he always prioritized their happiness and well-being. Beyond his family, Viktor was a dedicated public servant, serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine and later dedicating himself to the health of the nation. Viktor possessed a deep passion for life, finding joy in simple pleasures like tending to his garden, reading history, and engaging in thoughtful conversation. He was a man of intellect and compassion, always eager to learn and to share his knowledge. His commitment to public health, particularly during challenging times, was a testament to his selfless nature.
