Yvonne Ann Grimsley

Yvonne Ann Grimsley, born March 13, 1940, in Delta, Colorado, died there on July 14, 2026, at age 86. Yvonne and her husband Harry, known as Rocky, shared a life built around shared passions. Together they were deeply involved in racing, collecting, and dealing in antiques—pursuits that defined much of their time together and gave them both purpose and joy. She was a 1958 graduate of Delta High School and was rooted in the community where she was born raised. Family was at the heart of everything Yvonne did. Those who knew her remembered her as loving, kind-hearted, and genuinely devoted to the people she held dear. She is survived by her step-daughter Debbie Alvarez and her husband Tony; her children Brenda Snyder and Darin Grimsley and his wife Linda; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry (Rocky) Grimsley, her siblings Donna Fix and Petria German, and her parents Pete and Rose Kramer. Her sister Trudy Worline survives her, along with Debbie Wilcox. Yvonne's life was a testament to the value she placed on family bonds and the simple pleasures of shared interests. She leaves behind a large and loving family who will remember her warmth and devotion.
